SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 3-7 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods or periods of unusually high demand.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier and customs procedures.

Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

International shipments may experience delays caused by customs clearance, local authorities, weather, transportation disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Tracking

Where available, customers will receive tracking information by email after the order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after shipment.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees and other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are generally not included in the product price unless expressly stated at checkout.

SPY-PIE is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package and product before discarding any packaging and contact us as soon as possible.

For packages that appear to be lost, customers should contact us promptly so that we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Where applicable, claims may be subject to carrier procedures and deadlines.

7. Restricted Destinations

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipments to certain countries, territories, regions or addresses where shipping, importation, export controls, sanctions, regulatory requirements or other circumstances make fulfillment impractical or unlawful.
