Welcome to SPY-PIE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SPY-PIE website, products and services.

By accessing our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms.

Throughout these Terms, "SPY-PIE", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nico Industrial Impex Limited.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in order to purchase products from our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to purchase, import, possess and use the relevant product in your jurisdiction.

Our website and products are not directed toward children.

3. Lawful Use and Customer Responsibility

Our products may include detection, security, privacy, encryption and counter-surveillance equipment.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, importation, possession and use of any product is lawful in your country, state, territory or jurisdiction.

Product availability on our website does not mean that a particular product is legal, certified or authorized for use in every country or jurisdiction.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be purchased, imported, possessed and used in their jurisdiction.

Minor differences between product images and the actual product may occur.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for any lawful reason.

An order is considered accepted when we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance.

We may cancel an order if:

• the product is unavailable;

• the destination is restricted;

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the amount actually paid for the cancelled order.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.

We do not store complete payment card information on our own systems unless expressly stated.

SPY-PIE is not responsible for delays, seizures, confiscation or additional costs resulting from customs procedures or import restrictions, except where required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the SPY-PIE website, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, product descriptions, designs and software, is owned by or licensed to SPY-PIE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

10. Warranty

Products are covered by the SPY-PIE Limited Warranty described in our Warranty Policy.

Our commercial warranty is valid for six (6) months from the date the customer receives the product, subject to the terms and exclusions of that policy.

The warranty covers qualifying products that arrive defective, broken, damaged, destroyed or non-functional, as well as qualifying manufacturing defects discovered during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, drops, water or liquid exposure, unauthorized modification, opening or repair, abnormal use, or other damage caused by the customer.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or reduced.

11. Detection Disclaimer

Detection and security products are designed to assist users in identifying potential security, surveillance or privacy threats.

No detection device can guarantee detection of every possible device, signal, camera, tracker, microphone or other surveillance technology.

Results may depend on environmental conditions, installation, configuration, interference, product limitations and other factors.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for express warranties provided by SPY-PIE and rights that cannot legally be excluded, products and website services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SPY-PIE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold SPY-PIE, its owners, officers, employees and service providers harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from:

• your unlawful use of our products;

• your violation of these Terms;

• your violation of applicable laws;

• your misuse of our products;

• your infringement of third-party rights.

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental actions, customs restrictions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, supply-chain disruptions, cyber incidents, epidemics or failures of third-party service providers.

16. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services including payment processors, shipping providers, analytics services, advertising platforms and other technology providers.

Your use of such services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
